Galilei Donna adalah anime bergaya “battle action adventure” yang ber-setting di tahun 2061, di mana global warming adalah hal masa lalu dan awal eraglacial telah menutupi seluruh muka bumi dengan es dan salju. Tiga keturunan Galileo hidup di Tuscany, Italia yaitu Hozuki Ferrari, Hazuki Ferrari, dan Kazuki Ferrari. Ketiga bersaudara ini tiba-tiba diserang oleh organisasi misterius yang menyebabkan mereka masuk daftar target internasional. Organisasi ini mengincar “Galileo Tezoro.” Tanpa petunjuk, ketiga saudara ini harus saling membantu untuk menyelesaikan masalah, tetapi karena kepribadian mereka yang terlalu berbeda, hal tersebut tidak mudah dilakukan.
